Antigoni Buxton (Greek: Αντιγόνη Μπάξτον; born 9 March 1996), known mononymously as Antigoni, is an British Cypriot singer and songwriter. The daughter of television host Tonia Buxton, she competed on the eighth season of the reality show Love Island. She represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song “Jalla”, placing 19th in the final.

Evangelos Theodorou (Greek: Ευάγγελος Θεοδώρου), known professionally as Theo Evan, is a Greek Cypriot singer-songwriter, dancer, and actor. He represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song “Shh”.

Cyprus was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song “Liar”, composed by Dimitris Kontopoulos, with lyrics by Elke Tiel, and performed by Silia Kapsis. The Cypriot participating broadcaster, Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC), originally intended to select its entrant through the fifth season of the reality show Fame Story, produced in collaboration with the Greek channel Star. However, this plan was later cancelled after the Greek broadcaster ERT raised objections to the Cypriot selection process being aired in Greece by another broadcaster, and CyBC ultimately reverted to an internal selection for its entrant. Cyprus was drawn to compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 7 May 2024 and was later selected to perform in position 1.

Andrew Harry Lambrou ( LAM-broo; Greek: Άντριου Λάμπρου; born 25 May 1998) is an Australian singer-songwriter. He represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

Andromache Dimitropoulou (Greek: Ανδρομάχη Δημητροπούλου, IPA: [anðroˈmaçi ðimitroˈpulu]; born 12 October 1994), known professionally as Andromache and sometimes Andromachi, is a Greek singer who represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with the song “Ela”.

Elena Tsagrinou (Greek: Έλενα Τσαγκρινού; born November 16, 1994) is a Greek singer. Tsagrinou began her career as the lead singer of the Greek band OtherView, until beginning a solo career in 2018. She represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song “El Diablo”, finishing in 16th place.

Alessandro Heinrich Rütten (born 4 October 1996 in Heinsberg, Germany), formerly known by his stage names Sandro Nicolas, Sammy Clay, TYLR and currently Leo Dante, is a German singer-songwriter. Sandro represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with “Running”.

Tamta Goduadze (Georgian: თამთა გოდუაძე; IPA: [tamta goduadze]; Greek: Τάμτα Γκοντουάτζε, romanized: Támta Gkontouátze; born 10 January 1981), known mononymously as Tamta, is a Georgian-born Greek singer. She first achieved popularity in Greece in 2004 for her participation in Super Idol Greece, in which she placed second. She went on to release several charting albums and singles in Greece and Cyprus, also becoming a mentor on X Factor Georgia in 2014, 2015 and 2018, and The X Factor Greece in 2016 and 2017. She represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song “Replay”, finishing in 13th place with 109 points.

Eleni Foureira (Greek: Ελένη Φουρέιρα; born Entela Fureraj, Greek: Εντέλα Φουρεράι; 7 March 1987) is an Albanian-born Greek singer. She began her music career in 2007 as a member of the Greek girl group Mystique, pursuing a solo career after the group disbanded in 2009. She has released six studio albums since. Foureira signed a solo contract with Universal Music Greece and released her self-titled debut album in 2010. Eleni Foureira represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with “Fuego”, finishing in 2nd place with 436 points.

Hovig Demirjian (Greek: Χοβίγκ Ντεμιρτζιάν; Western Armenian: Õ…Õ¸Õ¾Õ«Õ¯ Տէմիրճեան; Eastern Armenian: Õ€Õ¸Õ¾Õ«Õ¯ Ô´Õ¥Õ´Õ«Ö€Õ³ÕµÕ¡Õ¶; born 3 January 1989), known professionally as Hovig, is a Cypriot singer. He represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the song “Gravity”, finishing in 21st place.

Minus One are a Cypriot rock band formed in Nicosia in 2009. They gained prominence in 2016 for representing Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Cyprus was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song “One Thing I Should Have Done” written by Mike Connaris and Giannis Karagiannis and performed by Karagiannis. The Cypriot broadcaster Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC) returned to the Eurovision Song Contest after a one-year absence following their withdrawal in 2014 due to financial and budget restrictions, and organised the national final Eurovision Song Project in order to select the Cypriot entry for the 2015 contest in Vienna, Austria. The national final featured 54 entries competing in a nine-week-long process, resulting in the selection of Karagiannis with “One Thing I Should Have Done” at the final on 1 February 2015, where six entries remained. Promotional activities for the entry prior to the contest included performances of the song in both Amsterdam and London.

Despina Olympiou (Greek: Δέσποινα Ολυμπίου, pronounced [ˈðespina oliˈmbi.u]; born 17 October 1975), also known as Dena Olympiou, is a Greek Cypriot singer, famous in her homeland as well as in Greece. She represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden.

“La La Love” is a song by Greek Cypriot singer Ivi Adamou. It represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. The song was released in Europe on 3 February and in China on 14 April. The song was included in the euro edition of her debut studio album, San Ena Oniro (2011).

Cyprus was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with the song “La La Love” written by Alex Papaconstantinou, Björn Djupström, Alexandra Zakka and Viktor Svensson. The song was performed by Ivi Adamou, who was selected by the Cypriot broadcaster Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC) in August 2011 to represent Cyprus at the 2012 contest in Baku, Azerbaijan. CyBC organised the national final A Song for Ivi on 25 January 2012 to select the Cypriot song. The national final featured three songs and resulted in the selection of “La La Love” as the winning song.

Jonathan Gregory (born 29 January 1971) is a Scottish record producer. Jon Lilygreen & The Islanders represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with “Life Looks Better In Spring”, finishing in 21st place with 27 points.

Cyprus was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with the song “Firefly”, written by Nikolas Metaxas, and performed by Christina Metaxa. The Cypriot participating broadcaster, the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC), organised a national final in order to select its entry for the contest. The national final featured 10 entries, resulting in the selection of Metaxa with “Firefly” at the final on 7 February 2010. Cyprus was drawn to compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 14 May 2009.

Cyprus was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song “Femme Fatale”, composed by Nikos Evagelou, with lyrics by Vangelis Evangelou, and performed by Evdokia Kadi. The national final featured ten entries, resulting in the selection of “Femme Fatale” performed by Evdokia Kadi at the final on 12 January 2008. Cyprus was drawn to compete in the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 22 May 2008.

She represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1992, 1994 and 2007 with the songs “Teriazoume”, “Eimai anthropos ki ego” and “Comme Ci, Comme Ça”, respectively.

Annette Denise Stamatelatos (born 6 September 1976), better known by her stage name Annet Artani (Αννέτ Αρτάνη in Greek), is a Greek-American singer and songwriter. She is best known for representing Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with the song “Why Angels Cry”, as well as co-writing the worldwide hit “Everytime” with Britney Spears. Artani was signed to Ultra Records and her debut single “Alive” was released in March 2009.

Constantinos Christophorou (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος Χριστοφόρου, born 25 April 1977) is a Greek Cypriot singer. He represented Cyprus in Eurovision Song Contest as a solo singer with “Mono Yia Mas” (1996) and “Ela Ela (Come Baby)” (2005) and as part of the boy band formation One with “Gimme” (2002).

Lisa Jayne Porter (née Large; 22 December 1987), better known by the stage name Lisa Andreas (Greek: Λίζα Αντρέας), is an English-Cypriot singer, dancer and artist, best known for representing Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 with the song “Stronger Every Minute”.

Cyprus was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 with the song “Feeling Alive”, written and performed by Stelios Constantas. The Cypriot participating broadcaster, the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC), internally selected its entry for the contest. Constantas, had previously attempted to represent the nation at the contest after taking part in the 1997 and 1999 selection processes. CyBC announced its entry for the 2003 contest on 11 February 2003, having been selected internally by a three-member committee.

ONE is a boy band that first appeared in 1999, recognized as both Greece and Cyprus’s first boy band. The band was formed by leading Cypriot-Greek composer Giorgos Theofanous and Minos EMI A&R Manager Vangelis Yannopoulos. Constantinos Christophorou and Philippos-Constantinos Philippou were on board quite early, chosen by Giorgos Theofanous. The next three members were picked up after a selective audition that took place in legendary Athenian Sierra Studio. One represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2002 with “Gimme”, finishing in 6th place with 85 points.

Cyprus was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 with the song “Nomiza”, written by Alexandros Panayi and Silvia M. Klemms, and performed by the duo Voice, consisting of Christina Argyri and Alexandros Panayi. The Cypriot participating broadcaster, the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC), selected its entry through a national final. Eleven songs competed in the national final, held on 16 February 2000, where a panel selected the winning song.

Marlain Angelides (Greek: Μαρλέν Αγγελίδου) is a Cypriot singer. She was a member of the Greek girl group Hi-5, and represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 1999 with the “Tha ‘Ne Erotas” song. Angelidou, her mother, and her siblings all have dual nationality (Greek Cypriot and British).

Michalis Hatzigiannis (Greek: Μιχάλης Χατζηγιάννης; born 5 November 1978) is a Greek Cypriot singer. He served as the Deputy Minister of Culture for Cyprus under President Christodoulides, from March 1, 2023 until July 11, 2023. From 2000 to 2010 he received over 30 sales certifications in Greece, making him one of the most successful artists of the decade. He is also known for representing Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1998.

Alexandros Panayi (Greek: Αλέξανδρος Παναγή, also known as Alex Panayi, born 24 June 1970), is a Greek-Cypriot singer, composer, lyricist, producer, vocal coach, and vocal arranger. He is best known for having represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1995 and 2000.

Kyriakos Zymboulakis and Demos Van Beke represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 1993 with “Mi Stamatas”, finishing in 19th place with 17 points. Publicly documented information about the artist’s later career is limited.

Elpida Karayiannopoulou (Greek: Ελπίδα Καραγιαννοπούλου; born October 1, 1949) is a Greek singer who was one of the most successful singers in Greece and the Greek diaspora in the 1970s and 1980s. Known professionally as just Elpida, she released 17 original albums in her 25-year recording history, and regularly topped fever charts run by the Greek state broadcaster, Ellinikí Radiofonía Tileórasi (ERT). Internationally, she was known for being a two-time entrant to the Eurovision Song Contest, representing Greece in 1979 with the song “Sokrati” which placed 8th and Cyprus in 1986 with “Tora zo” which came 20th (and last).

Olympia “Lia” Vissi (Greek: Ολυμπία “Λία” Βίσση; born 15 May 1955) is a Greek Cypriot singer, songwriter and composer who is most notable for her two participations in the Eurovision Song Contest and for being the older sister of fellow singer Anna Vissi.

Andy Paul is a Greek-Cypriot singer and songwriter. He represented Cyprus with the song “Anna Maria Lena” in the Eurovision Song Contest 1984 in Luxembourg. At the Cyprus Eurovision national finals, Paul came in first, winning the spot to represent Cyprus at the international event. Lia Vissi-Piliouri, Anna Vissi’s sister, came in second at the event with the song “Htes”.

Anna Vissi is the name of a self-titled album by Greek singer Anna Vissi. It is the first album with lifelong collaborator and companion Nikos Karvelas, who is credited under the alias “Nikos Leonardos”. It was released in Greece and Cyprus in 1981 by EMI Greece. The album includes both original songs as well as several Greek covers of international hits. Anna Vissi represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 1982 with “Mono I Agapi”, finishing in 5th place with 85 points; and later represented Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with “Everything”, finishing in 9th place with 128 points.

Cyprus has been represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 42 times since its debut in 1981. The Cypriot participating broadcaster in the contest is the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC). Its first entry was “Monika” performed by the group Island, which finished sixth. The country’s best result is a second-place finish with “Fuego” by Eleni Foureira in 2018.
