Euroverse is an independent Eurovision-related news, information, entertainment and community platform operated by Kiril Radoslavov in Bulgaria.
Euroverse provides content relating to subjects including:
- the Eurovision Song Contest;
- national selections;
- participating countries;
- artists and songs;
- broadcasters;
- host cities and venues;
- visitor information;
- interviews and videos;
- historical results and statistics;
- fan polls and community features; and
- related music and entertainment news.
Euroverse is an independent fan and editorial platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Euroverse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with:
- the European Broadcasting Union;
- the Eurovision Song Contest;
- participating broadcasters;
- artists;
- record labels;
- event organisers; or
- any other organisation mentioned on the platform.
Acceptance of These Terms
You may use Euroverse only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms of Use.
By using Euroverse, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these terms;
- you will use the platform lawfully;
- you will comply with the Community Guidelines;
- information you provide will be accurate where required;
- you will not interfere with the operation or security of the platform; and
- you accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.
Where a person under the age required by applicable law uses an account or enters a competition, permission from a parent or legal guardian may be required.

Access to Euroverse
Euroverse is currently provided primarily as a free informational and community service.
Euroverse may:

- correct errors or inaccurate information; and
- discontinue a feature or service.
Euroverse does not guarantee that the website, mobile application or any individual feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

- for automated, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Euroverse may require account verification or additional security checks where reasonably necessary.
Account Suspension and Termination
Euroverse may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is a reasonable belief that the user has:
- breached these Terms of Use;
- breached the Community Guidelines;
- engaged in harassment, hate speech or threatening behaviour;
- manipulated polls or competitions;
- created multiple accounts for abusive purposes;
- uploaded or submitted unlawful content;
- attempted to compromise the website or another account;
- committed fraud or impersonation;
- infringed intellectual-property rights; or
- created a legal, technical or security risk.
Depending on the seriousness of the issue, Euroverse may:
- issue a warning;
- remove content;
- temporarily restrict features;
- suspend the account;
- permanently terminate the account; or
- report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.
Where appropriate and legally required, Euroverse may provide an explanation for a moderation or account decision.

Acceptable Use
You may use Euroverse only for lawful, personal and community-related purposes.
You must not:
- use Euroverse for unlawful activity;
- harass, threaten, bully or intimidate another person;
- publish hate speech or discriminatory content;
- encourage violence or harm;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- publish false information while presenting it as verified fact;
- submit spam or repetitive promotional material;
- attempt to manipulate votes, polls or competitions;

- use Euroverse branding in a misleading way; or
- misrepresent an unofficial poll or article as an official Eurovision result or announcement.
Comments and Community Features
Comments and other interactive community features are currently under development.
When these features become available, users may be able to post comments, reactions, votes or other community contributions.
Any content you submit must:
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with these Terms of Use;
- comply with the Community Guidelines;
- respect other users, artists and organisations;
- not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material; and
- not infringe the rights of another person.
Euroverse may moderate, hide, restrict or remove user-submitted content where reasonably necessary.
Euroverse is not required to publish every submission and may use automated or manual moderation methods.
Rights in User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of original content that you submit to Euroverse.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Euroverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- host the content;
- store the content;
- display the content;
- reproduce the content;
- format or resize the content;
- moderate the content;
- distribute the content through Euroverse services; and
- use the content as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant feature.
This licence ends when the content is deleted from active Euroverse systems, except where:
- the content has been shared as part of a public discussion;
- retention is necessary for legal or security reasons;
- the content remains in technical backups temporarily; or
- another lawful basis permits continued retention.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content you provide.
Polls and Voting
Euroverse may offer fan polls, rankings, predictions and voting features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Euroverse polls are unofficial;
- results do not represent official Eurovision results;
- results may not represent the wider public;
- polls may be modified, suspended or cancelled;
- duplicate or suspicious votes may be removed;
- technical controls may be used to prevent manipulation; and
- Euroverse may correct or invalidate results affected by abuse.
You must not:
- use bots or automated voting tools;
- create multiple accounts to influence results;
- coordinate fraudulent voting;
- exploit technical vulnerabilities;
- buy, sell or exchange votes; or
- misrepresent poll results as official results.
Competitions
Euroverse may organise competitions, giveaways or promotional activities.
Each competition may have separate rules specifying:
- eligibility requirements;
- opening and closing dates;
- entry requirements;
- prize details;
- winner-selection procedures;
- geographic restrictions;
- age restrictions;
- delivery arrangements; and
- additional conditions.
Where separate competition rules conflict with these general Terms of Use, the competition-specific rules will apply to that competition.
Euroverse may disqualify entries that are:
- late;
- incomplete;
- fraudulent;
- automated;
- submitted through multiple accounts contrary to the rules;
- in breach of these terms; or
- otherwise ineligible.
Euroverse may modify, postpone or cancel a competition where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, legal requirements or circumstances outside its control.
Editorial Content
Euroverse makes reasonable efforts to publish accurate and current information.
However, Eurovision-related information can change rapidly. Dates, venues, participants, selection formats, travel details, public transport information, prices and event schedules may change after publication.
Euroverse does not guarantee that every article, profile, statistic, schedule or visitor guide will always be complete, accurate or current.
Editorial content may include:
- news reports;
- analysis;
- predictions;
- opinion;
- historical information;
- fan rankings;
- travel recommendations; and
- third-party announcements.
Opinion, prediction and fan content should not be interpreted as official information unless clearly identified as such.
Travel and Visitor Information
Euroverse may provide information about host cities, venues, transport, taxis, restaurants, bars, hotels, attractions, safety and local services.

Mobile Applications
Euroverse applications for Android and iOS are currently under development.

- device-platform requirements.
Euroverse may update, suspend or discontinue an application or app feature where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer right or right to bring a claim before a competent court that applies to you under law.
Severability
If any part of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No Waiver
If Euroverse does not immediately enforce a provision of these terms, this does not mean that Euroverse has waived the right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines and any applicable competition-specific rules, form the agreement governing your use of Euroverse.
