Viktoria Leleka (Ukrainian: Вікторія Лелека; born 10 November 1990), known mononymously as Leléka or Donbasgrl (stylised as DONBA₴GRL), is a Ukrainian singer and composer based in Berlin, Germany. The founder and lead vocalist of the folk jazz band Leléka, she represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song “Ridnym”.

Ziferblat (Ukrainian: Циферблат, romanized: Tsyferblat, lit. ’Clock face’) is a Ukrainian music band consisting of vocalist Daniil Leshchynskyi, guitarist Valentyn Leshchynskyi, and drummer Fedir Khodakov. They represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song “Bird of Pray”.

Yana Oleksandrivna Shemaieva (sheh-MAH-ye-va; Ukrainian: Яна Олександрівна Шемаєва; born 21 October 1995), known professionally as Jerry Heil (JER-ree HAY-el, Ukrainian: Дже́ррі Гейл [ˈdʒɛr⁽ʲ⁾ːi ˈɦɛi̯l]), is a Ukrainian singer, songwriter and YouTuber. She began her career after launching her YouTube channel in 2012, publishing vlogs and musical covers. Heil began her professional music career in 2017, releasing her debut extended play De mii dim (transl. Where’s my home) with Vidlik Records. She later released the single “Okhrana otmiena” in 2019, which became a top five hit in Ukraine. alyona alyona & Jerry Heil represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with “Teresa & Maria”, finishing in 3rd place with 453 points.

Ukraine was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song “Heart of Steel”, written and performed by Jimoh Augustus Kehinde and Andrii Hutsuliak as the duo Tvorchi. The Ukrainian participating broadcaster, Suspilne, organised the national final Vidbir 2023 in order to select its entry for the 2023 contest. As the winning country of the 2022 contest, Ukraine automatically qualified for the final. Tvorchi performed in position 19 and finished in sixth place overall with 243 points.

Kalush Orchestra is a Ukrainian folk-hip hop group founded in 2021 as a side project of Kalush, performing hip-hop music in the Ukrainian language. They represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with the song “Stefania” and went on to win the competition, securing Ukraine’s third Eurovision win. Kalush Orchestra combines elements of Ukrainian folk music with modern production, hip-hop dance, and Ukrainian-language rap.

Go_A is a Ukrainian folktronica band formed in 2012, consisting of vocalist Kateryna Pavlenko from Nizhyn, keyboardist and percussionist Taras Shevchenko from Kyiv, Ihor Didenchuk from Lutsk (also a member of rap group Kalush), and Ivan Hryhoriak from Bukovyna. The band’s name was made by combining the English word “Go” with the Greek letter “Alpha”, which symbolizes the beginning of everything, and the band’s name is symbolic for “return to the roots”; honouring this aim, they sing near-exclusively in Ukrainian. The band represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song “Shum”, placing fifth.

Kostiantyn Mykolaiovych Bocharov (Ukrainian: Костянти́н Микола́йович Бочаро́в, IPA: [kosʲtʲɐnˈtɪn mɪkoˈlɑjowɪdʒ botʃɐˈrɔu̯]; born 11 April 1997), better known by his stage name Mélovin (stylised in all caps; Ukrainian: Ме́ловін, IPA: [ˈmɛlowin]), is a Ukrainian singer and songwriter. He first came to prominence after winning season six of X-Factor Ukraine. He represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal, with the song “Under the Ladder”, finishing in seventeenth place, with 130 points.

O.Torvald (Ukrainian: Оторвальд) is a Ukrainian rock band. It was formed in 2005 in Poltava, Ukraine. Its debut album O.Torvald was recorded in 2008. O.Torvald took part in festivals such as GBOB, Chervona Ruta, Tavria games, Prosto Rock (with Linkin Park and Garbage), Zakhid, Krashche Misto UA (with Evanescence and The Rasmus), Ekolomyja and Global Gathering. O.Torvald represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with “Time”, finishing in 24th place with 36 points.

Susana Alimivna Jamaladinova (born 27 August 1983), known professionally as Jamala, is a Ukrainian singer. She represented Ukraine and won the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with her song “1944”. From 2017 to 2025, she has served as a judge at Vidbir, the Ukrainian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. In November 2023, Russia added Jamala to its wanted list.

Mariia Nazarivna Yaremchuk (Ukrainian: Марія Назарівна Яремчук; born 2 March 1993), also transliterated as Mariya Yaremchuk or Maria Yaremchuk, is a Ukrainian singer. Yaremchuk represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. She finished 6th in the grand final out of 26 countries.

Zlata Leonidivna Ognevich (Ukrainian: Злата Леонідівна Оґнєвіч, romanized: Zlata Leonidivna Ognievich; born Inna Leonidivna Bordiuh, Інна Леонідівна Бордюг on 12 January 1986) is a Ukrainian singer and former politician. She represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö with the song “Gravity”, placing third. Ognevich previously attempted to represent Ukraine at the contest in 2010 and 2011. In 2014, Ognevich was elected to the Verkhovna Rada for the Radical Party using her birth name Inna Bordiuh.

Gaita-Lurdes Klaverivna Essami (Ukrainian: Гайта-Лурдес Клаверівна Ессамі; born 24 March 1979), known professionally as Gaitana (Ukrainian: Гайтана), is a Ukrainian singer and songwriter. Essami’s style of pop music has been described as containing elements of jazz, funk, soul, and folk. She represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, performing the song “Be My Guest” and placing 15th in the final. Gaitana is the third Eurovision contestant of African origin ever to be born in the former USSR, after Lithuanian singer and guitarist Viktoras “Victor” Diawara of LT United and Estonian singer Daana Ots of Suntribe.

Oksana Stefanivna Hrytsai (born March 5, 1986), known professionally as Mika Newton, is a singer from the city of Burshtyn, Ukraine. Born and raised in Ukraine, she is currently based in Los Angeles, California. Mika Newton represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with “Angel”, finishing in 4th place with 159 points.

“Sweet People” is a song by Ukrainian singer Alyosha. It was the Ukrainian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo, Norway. At first, a song performed by Vasyl Lazarovich was intended to represent Ukraine at Eurovision, but a new national final was held due to the broadcasting network’s internal selection of Lazarovich. Alyosha won the new final with “To Be Free”, but it was disqualified since it had previously been released.

Svetlana Serhiivna Loboda (Ukrainian: Світлана Сергіївна Лобода; Russian: Светлана Сергеевна Лобода, romanized: Svetlana Sergeyevna Loboda; born 18 October 1982), mononymously known as Loboda (often stylized in all-caps), is a Ukrainian singer and songwriter. During her career, Loboda has achieved international success in Eastern European countries. Winner of the ZD Awards and Bravo International Professional Music Awards. Svetlana Loboda represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with “Be My Valentine! (Anti-Crisis Girl)”, finishing in 12th place with 76 points.

Karolina Myroslavivna Kuiek (born 27 September 1978), known as Ani Lorak, is a Ukrainian-born Russian singer. Having been awarded the title of People’s Artist of Ukraine (revoked in 2024), she has been cited as one of the most influential and popular women in Ukraine, and has also been ranked as one of the most beautiful women from Eastern Europe. In 2014, she reported the highest income of all singers in Ukraine. After her performance of the song “Shady Lady” while representing Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008, Lorak began gaining considerable fame outside of the former Soviet Union, coming in second place behind “Believe” by Russian singer Dima Bilan.

Andriy Mykhailovych Danylko (Ukrainian: Андрій Михайлович Данилко; born 2 October 1973), better known as his drag persona Verka Serduchka (Ukrainian: Вєрка Сердючка, romanized: Vierka Serdiuchka, IPA: [ˈwʲɛrkɐ serˈdʲutʃkɐ]; Russian: Верка Сердючка, romanized: Verka Serdyuchka, IPA: [ˈvʲerkə sʲɪrˈdʲʉtɕkə]), is a Ukrainian comedian, actor, and singer. He represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 as Verka with the song “Dancing Lasha Tumbai”, finishing in second place. He has sold over 600,000 records. He has appeared in films, most notably a cameo as Verka in the American comedy film Spy (2015).

Tetiana Hryhorivna Liberman (born 25 January 1985), better known by her stage name Tina Karol, is a Ukrainian singer and founder of the Tina Karol charitable foundation. Tina Karol won more than 25 Grand Prix and first prizes at various international music competitions and festivals. Her voice range is more than 4 octaves (from the F of the small octave to the Fis of the fifth octave). Karol is the mentor on The Voice of Ukraine (2013, 2015–2021) and also a star coach on The Voice. Tina Karol represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with “Show Me Your Love”, finishing in 7th place with 145 points.

GreenJolly (Ukrainian: Ґринджоли, Gryndzholy) was a Ukrainian hip hop duo. They represented Ukraine at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Razom nas bahato”, which became an unofficial anthem of the Ukrainian Orange Revolution.

Ruslana Stepanivna Lyzhychko (Ukrainian: Руслана Степанівна Лижичко, IPA: [rʊsˈlɑnɐ steˈpɑn⁽ʲ⁾iu̯nɐ lɪˈʒɪtʃko]; born 24 May 1973), known mononymously as Ruslana, is a Ukrainian singer, songwriter, producer, activist and former politician. She is a World Music Award and Eurovision Song Contest 2004 winning recording artist, holding the title of People’s Artist of Ukraine. She is also a former MP serving as deputy in the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) for the Our Ukraine Party. Ruslana was the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in Ukraine in 2004–2005.

Oleksandr Valeriyovych Ponomariov (Ukrainian: Олександр Валерійович Пономарьов; born August 9, 1973) is a Ukrainian singer. He has been awarded the country’s “Singer of the Year” seven times. Oleksandr Ponomariov represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 with “Hasta la Vista”, finishing in 14th place with 30 points.
